Influenced by the increasing popularity of pixel advertising we decided to give it  a shot to accomplish an interesting idea. We have been selling our world - famous ChessAid Chess Course for about 5 years now we asked ourselves a question - maybe it is time to contribute even more to the chess world and start giving it away? The answer is YES, we could do it!
We put up for sale 32.400 pixels for $1 each. If we sell at least half of them we will start offering it as a free download to everybody. Raised money will help us to cover maintenance costs and will make possible further development of the ChessAid Chess Course.

Terms & Conditions
- Minimum purchase is 100 pixels ($100).
- When you 'buy' our pixels you will not "own" any part of this site. You will be granted the right to submit an image and link which will be published in the respective space you have paid for.
- We guarantee keeping your pixels for at least 5 years (at least until 01.01.2012).
- You will not be granted a refund once payment has been made and pixels uploaded.
- No obscene/offensive/pornographic/inappropriate links will be accepted.
- If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/pornographic/inappropriate material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
- If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from our site, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
- Your image must be provided in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size. Your image must NOT be animated and your link must be to a web page only and begin with http:// or https://.
- You can provide ALT/TITLE text that appears when your pixels are hovered over. This text must be 60 characters or less.
- You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
- There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but will do our best to keep these to minimum.
